• Assisting the Sales department with prospecting new business and scheduling calls/pitches
• Oversee current accounts
• Building client relationships and client retention
• Ensuring successful achievement of revenue goals
• Must be detailed oriented
• Bachelor degree is a must
• Successful candidates will be aggressive self-starters
• Ability to aggregate and analyze internal and external campaign metrics as well as assess campaign performance and spend
• Proficient with Microsoft Office is a must. Excel is a major priority!
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and cross-departments
• Willingness to grow within the company
• Ability to work as a team yet also carry out tasks independently
• Highly self-motivated and proactive
• Support sales, operations and other departments
• Work closely with internal Production and Advertising teams
• Maintain accurate budgets for all media elements and manage day to day campaign duties
