Sales/Lead Generation

Initiates contact/follow up with incoming leads, maintains lead records and databases to make sure clients are being communicated with in a timely manner. Prequalifies new clients for Loan Officer so that pricing/sales calls can be scheduled. Assists the Loan Officer and his/her assistant in maintaining good communication with clients and performs any other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Social Media Management

Initiate outbound efforts to follow up on leads through email, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Hubspot, Facebook, etc. in a timely manner to maintain healthy pipeline. Maintain frequent, positive presence across social media platforms. Monitor Loan Officer follow up with generated leads, coordinate with marketing team as needed.
Marketing/Administration
Maintain lender list w/ current guidelines, monitor websites for traffic and needed updates, provide administrative assistance for CEO as directed. Assist with marketing responsibilities including managing database of referral partners. Assist with Business Development responsibilities when needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in a phone sales role.
• 2+ years experience in Real Estate/Lending
• 2+ years experience in Marketing, emphasis on Social Media management
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required.
• Technologically proficient
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially listening skills.
• Previous Salesforce experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines on a consistent basis
• Commitment to company values, policies, and procedures
• Adaptability – an ability to quickly learn new or different techniques, products and computer programs
• Problem Solving – an ability to effectively analyze and resolve problems at a functional level
• Self Motivated/Independent worker – Ability to work independently with minor direction or input. Motivated to complete tasks regardless of obstacles with creativity when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
