Overview: Responsible for all aspects of digital product delivery, including strategy, development, deployment and product evolution and support. Works closely with IT while representing the business needs for provider and patient-facing digital solutions. Supports the definition of business requirements in partnership with IT. Identifies new use cases and opportunities with field operations and other parts of the business. Monitors and tracks adoption and utilization of the product to ensure success to business KPIs. Maintains support for and evolution of product over time. Digital Transformation team currently supports multiple products, including telehealth platforms, patient portal and mobile app, patient text message outreach and provider portal, to name a few. Essential Functions: Will act as the mini-CEO of the product. Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of digital products. Collaborate with IT product managers to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment. Work with cross-functional teams to drive business needs related to product development and delivery. Work with various stakeholders, including operations, analytics, design/user experience, solution architecture, and end users. Build effective working relationships with internal IT teams and external vendor partners. Continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks for successful product delivery. Partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization. Lead the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology. Define and execute on the product development plan. Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting post-launch to ensure product success and utilization. Consistently exhibits behavior and communication skills that demonstrate our company’s commitment to superior customer service, including quality, care and concern with each and every internal and external customer. Uses, protects, and discloses our patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards. Performs additional duties as assigned. Required: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience with some technical knowledge Comfort working with both Agile and Waterfall frameworks Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability Preferred: Master’s degree in Health Care Administration or Business Administration Experience in managed care organizations, medical group or IPA operations preferred Product management and/or product development experience preferred Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role.
