Job Description

The NetSuite Sales Planning & Analysis team manages all the planning, analytics, and reporting for the NetSuite sales organization, a global business unit within Oracle. We are looking for a Sales Planning & Analytics Manager to support NetSuite’s Account Management (AMO) Sales Organization. This is a great opportunity to join a fast growing (20%+) business unit within Oracle and help plan for future growth, provide insights to drive key business decisions, and help efficiently grow the business. This position manages a team of analysts and will report to the Sr. Director of Sales Planning and Analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a high-performing team of analysts that partners with our sales leaders to analyze the business, provide data-driven insights to identify opportunities and risks to the business.
• Proactively develop and evolve key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide better insights into the health of the business and improve performance.
• Manage the detailed annual planning process for AMO (e.g. headcount and capacity planning, portfolio planning, and quota planning)
• Develop and deliver presentations to leaders within the company.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in an analytical role in Sales Ops, FP&A, or Business Operations.
• Demonstrates an understanding of B2B SaaS with an emphasis on the GTM teams and their impact on the sales cycle and revenue generation.
• Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems and propose thoughtful recommendations.
• Prior experience building and maintaining complex financial models/forecasts.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels.
• Experience leading a team either in a people manager or team lead role.
• Experience using NetSuite, BI software (e.g. DOMO or Tableau), and/or EPM Software a plus.

Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency. Provides business practices and processes. Drives policies and procedures that monitor and support the organization’s operational and financial business objectives. Provides analysis and advice to management in the areas of operations, resource management, finance, revenue accounting, pricing, and/or contracts. May also be responsible for administration, knowledge management, and/or communications.

Develops and monitor P&L forecasts. Develops and monitor metrics to measure other key performance indicators and group performance. Performs competitive analysis. Creates pricing strategy and cost accounting (business modeling) for projects. Reviews contracts for terms, pricing and approvals. Work with account team to close deals. Interfaces with client to resolve contract/delivery disputes. May be responsible for directing resource management staff, ensuring maximum utilization. May be involved with compensation and bonus process. Manage at least two direct reports.

Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are Colorado-specific.

Colorado Pay Range: from $79,000 to $148,000 per annum eligible for bonus and equity.
