Determine operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, and capacity planning establishing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
As an Operation Manager, you must accomplish results by developing processes and procedures for coaching, counselling, and discipline employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; conducting training; implementing enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
