Our Community Services staff work directly with children and families to support development of safe and healthy relationships within the family and the community. We are looking for talented and compassionate people who want to make a difference in the lives of those we serve!

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide mentoring, skill development, supervision, safety monitoring, and other services for children and adolescents.

Provide parent support and training.
-
Crisis support.
-
Team with social workers and other service providers.
-
Provide transportation for clients as needed; our services are provided in the home and in the community.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in human services, social work, or related field is preferred.

Experience working with at-risk children and families
-
A valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance

?Work Schedule:

Scheduled hours may be during the morning, day, evening, and weekends, and occur in Grant, Green and Dane Counties

Part-time and full-time positions are available
Compensation and benefits:

Starting pay $16+ based on experience

Earned paid personal time.
