About The Role
The Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis owns financial planning, analytics, and business insights for the business (i.e. Corporate, Operations, Technology division). They work on monthly and quarterly business reviews, full-year projections, and strategic partnership with business leadership. The Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis supports the modernization of the Finance organization helping advise and challenge partners to make efficient business and financial decisions. They create new processes, reporting, and guidelines to ensure visibility into business spending patterns and projections, and present findings to senior leadership.
You will report to the Sr. Director, FP&A.
This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Washington, D.C. Note, this list of states is subject to change.
The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $131,200 – $172,200 per year. The base pay for this role in all other locations is: $118,080 – $154,980 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar’s unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.

Pay Transparency
Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
