Superior Plus Propane is in search of an Operations leader who is a guru in the energy (propane, oil) industry and one who can hold full responsibility of a P&L all while leading a team of driver, techs, and CSR’s! If this sounds like you, we’d love to chat!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Advise, supervise, and direct activities of the Customer Service Center (CSC) such as: inventory, credit, service and delivery).
• Ensure daily that the CSC is performing to budget and preparing future budgets; seek ways to improve performance and build customer base.
• Handle customer service issues, assuring customer service is performed to the highest standard.
• Maintain fleet and stay on top of inspections, comply with safety policies and procedures.
• Train and develop competent personnel.

The ideal Operations Manager candidate will have the following knowledge, skills and experiences:

• 2-5 years of operational management experience
• BA degree is preferred
• Experience in the propane industry is strongly preferred. Relevant experience includes: waste management, pest control, construction, trucking.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; ability to understand, analyze and interpret a P&L statement;
• Customer service training, propane basics and plant operation courses.
• Supervision of Others
• Conflict resolution training is helpful
