Job Summary The Associate Director Global HRIS is responsible for providing leadership and supporting complex Global projects related to data integrity, HR technology, HR processes, records and data management. Develop strategy and provide tactical direction to the HR Information Systems team, with management and ownership for the Core HR system, HR Internal Site, enabling HR technologies, reporting and security management. Develop multiyear HR technology roadmap partnering with local and Global HR Stakeholders. Supports implements, updates, and maintains human resources information system (HRIS) partnering with IT stakeholders. HRIS Associate Director is ultimately responsible for prioritizing delivery of all the projects and smooth operations of HRIS Systems. Lead Change Management and training associated with HRIS initiative. Consults across HR as well as with other Otsuka affiliates on HR initiatives to develop a strategic vision for the Global HR needs of the organization. Support various HR Functions on the needs assessment, requirements gathering, testing and implementation of existing and next technologies. Ensures timely, high-quality delivery, with the goal of supporting maximizing data integrity, administrative optimization, and stakeholder experience. Lead and manages the activities of HRIS team members and support global affiliates Workday Expansion. Job Description Develop and iterate on the overall HR technology strategy keeping current on new solutions to recommend and prioritize implementation that meets the current and future business needs Assist with developing HRIS function goals and HR technology that align with Business Objectives. Develop, manage and monitor effective delivery of HRIS initiatives and support all the technology needs of Global HR affiliates from NA, Europe and Asia. Engage in high-level discussions on complex HR topics with strong procedural and technical understanding. Assist with department budget responsibilities. Support HR technology initiatives including managing the timeline for the implementation, and maintenance of HR systems. Support all People and Business Services Priorities laid out by Leadership team. Lead HR vendor management including contract negotiations, overall performance, optimization, and delivery of HR solutions. Manage overall prioritization of work assignments of functional team resources and their activities. Coach, mentor and provide leadership development to team members in order to achieve agreed upon service levels. Provides training and support for HRIS, users, internal partners (IT) and vendors to research, trouble shoot, resolve issues as needed including, but not limited to, researching, and resolving HRIS problems. Manage Global data security requirements including GDPR and monitors processes to ensure adequate audits and controls are in place. Reviews processes and service levels to identify and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and service. Ensures process documentation is accurate and up to date. Represent the Workday HRIS team by clearly communicating solution options that enable informed decisions by stakeholders Workday configuration experience, including supporting a global implementation of Workday Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast paced, performance driven environment Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree required 5 + years related Global HRIS experience in working with HR systems, training, or equivalent combination Experience with Workday Talent, Global Mobility, Compensation, Recruiting and Benefits is required Preferred Experience in Micro Soft Excel and Power Point Workday HCM, Benefits, Recruiting and Talent Management Workday configuration experience, including supporting a global implementation of Workday Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticking system.
