Job Summary:
Primary responsible for the administration of Human Resource Benefits Plans and Programs within the
guidelines of established University and HR policies and programs. Primary position emphasis is to ensure the organization is in full
compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding benefit plans and programs; and assure they are carried out in a service oriented,
employee focused, and are aligned with university mission and strategy. Position works closely within the department to implementation HR
service programs and operational activities. Position will work closely with other HR department team members as well as the Payroll
Administrator. May require travel.
