We are looking for a People Operations Manager to join our growing and evolving People function. The People Operations Manager is a hands-on role responsible for designing and managing our global People systems, programs, processes and policies. The ideal candidate will handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously, mixing long-term projects with the urgency of immediate demands.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously drive improvements and automation to improve the employee experience and enable rapid scaling.
• Implement and communicate programs and services to employees, provide guidance and support to company management and manage People Team inquiries and actions to completion.
• Develop a strategy for operational excellence related to onboarding, offboarding, transfers, employment engagement, and compliance. Apply effective solutions to optimize system performance, ensuring data integrity and scalability. This includes HRIS and other systems related to compensation and performance management.
• Manage immigration processes and record-keeping, with support from the legal department and external counsel.
• Build People team compliance discipline, lead data integrity auditing and serve as the People team lead for all things compliance related.
• Manage global benefits administration and leave processing.
• Guide People Operations-related projects by providing expertise in project groups and partnering on cross-functional deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and global employment laws.

You have:

• Minimum of 5 years of People Operations experience including global or international project leadership.
• Strong aptitude for developing and maintaining record-keeping for compliance and knowledge management.
• Understand the ins and outs of how to scale a growing company.
• Well-versed in Google Suite (docs, sheets, etc), HRIS systems (we currently use Paylocity), applicant tracking software, and feedback software.
• Process and execution orientated in order to manage multiple priorities while accomplishing departmental and organizational goals.
• Project management and implementation experience, comfortable developing project plans and timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are met.
• Experience with data analysis and legal and compliance matters at a public company (preferred but not required).
