Job Discription
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Supports, assists, and assumes clerical responsibilities by providing administrative and front desk support to the Kavod Terrace Resident Services Director.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
Receptionist or administrative experience. CBRF Certified (Required) will train proper candidate.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent. Some college strongly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Other:
Good organizational skills and phone etiquette. Ability to multitask easily and effectively. Demonstrates strong communication and relationship building skills with Residents and is able to explain Resident’s needs to others as needed for Resident advocacy. Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and or Publisher, Outlook. Must maintain complete confidentiality and discretion. Read, write and speak the English language.
