We are a brand new OBGYN office located in beautiful Frisco, Texas. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is customer service driven to join our amazing TEAM!!! The candidate will be responsible for the following but not limited to the following responsibilities:

• Reach out to new patient referrals to schedule new OB/GYN appointments

• Schedule follow up appointments
• Collect copays, deductibles and collect on outstanding patient balances
• Verify patient benefits
• Answer phones, return patient phone calls
• Provide amazing customer service to all patients and guest
• Must be organized
• Must be able to multi-task
• Team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
