The Human Resources Development Program (HRDP) is designed to recruit, develop and retain high potential graduates who possess the skills, aspiration and mobility to develop into Human Resource Leaders with Owens Corning. The program consists of three challenging rotational assignments within the Human Resources function lasting 9-12 months each. The rotations provide participants the opportunity to work in all facets of the HR organization and develop relationships with senior HR leaders at every juncture. Each rotation will provide a different and intentional set of developmental opportunities in at least two of the following areas: Manufacturing, Corporate Business Unit, and Center of Excellence Organizations.

– Financial acumen with demonstrated intellectual and analytical capabilities
– Relocation flexibility for plant assignments (relocation assistance provided)
– Results oriented and ability to make decisions
– Adaptability and ability to continually grow and develop
**Education:**
Consideration given to high performing, Bachelor or Master’s degrees. Majors with a concentration in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, or Business Administration or related field.
**Location of Assignment:**
Fort Smith, Arkansas and then rotating into World Headquarters in Toledo, OH or other manufacturing sites across the US.
