About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated OEM Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team based in Concord, MA. This is a hybrid position, working at least 3 days on site. As a member of the Shared Services group, the OEM Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for proactively coordinating new instrument sales orders in the scientific analytical instruments industry and providing superior customer service to our internal and external clients. This is an exciting time for the right candidate to contribute to a rapdily growing company and team of dedicated professionals.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Cultivate strong partner relationships by serving as a main point of contact to ensure exceptional customer service.
Demonstrate ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external customers, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
Review Customer Purchase Orders for order compliance to ensure meets acceptable criteria.
Responsible for all order processing, for the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) division within the organization.
Identify discrepancies and process credit notes as necessary.
Collaborate directly with overseas manufacturing and logistics teams, to ensure accurate order execution & delivery.
Provide customer order acknowledgments, status updates, and information in a timely, professional manner.
Collaborate with Regional Sales Engineers to build professional relationships based on trust and respect.
Contribute to exceptional customer service by maintaining regular communication with customer, via weekly remote meetings.
Handle incoming sales calls and correspondence; alerting reps and/or managers to urgent issues.
Develop a thorough understanding of the organization’s industry and unique business goals and needs.
Provide support and cross-coverage to fellow team members to minimize department downtime.
Maintaining accurate customer records to ensure perpetual data integrity.
Coordinate internal resources across departments to ensure customers’ success, presenting the best customer experience possible and solidifying future growth in company accounts.
About the Candidate:
The right candidate is extremely organized, able to prioritize and handle time effectively, using good judgment and skill to complete tasks and effectively manage competing priorities; demonstrates problem-solving and conflict resolution skills; will be ble to work independently and within a team-driven environment. Effective verbal communication and active listening skills are a must to support a high degree of collaboration throughout the team & organization.
Qualifications:
Minimum of associate degree or equivalent preferred.
3-5 years experience using Oracle/CRM/SAP/Sage/SalesLogix-based software.
3-5 years experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office.
3-5 years experience in customer service and relations.
Demonstrate problem-solving skills.
Strong conflict resolution skills; able to follow escalation paths appropriately and address any issues as quickly as possible.
Able to manage change implementation within the organization positively and effectively.
