- HS Diploma or GED
- Must have exceptional customer service skills
- Must have exceptional communication skills (Written & Oral)
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Products (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Etc.)
- High organizational skills are required
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigations and Drug screening.
Preferred Experience and/or Skills
- Procurement experience (3+ year)
- QuoteWerks (or other quoting software tool) experience (1+ year)
- Prior Accounting experience (1+ year)
- Project Management or Coordination Experience (2+ years)
- Prior experience in Human Resources (1+ year)
- Prior CRM tool experience (1+ year)
- Prior PSA tool experience (1+ year)
Position Description
Operations Assistant – This position is a support position for an information technology company. The Operations Assistant position at Ozark Technology will be focused primarily on Procurement and Project Coordination. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing Quotes to clients
- Procurement of client and company equipment
- Some travel bookings
- Scheduling Appointments
- Some project logistics may be required
- Some “Gofer” duties will fall into this position
Schedule/Location
This position will primarily be an office position, with core hours Tuesday – Thursday from 8am to 5pm. This position will include some remote work options.Job Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 – $24.00 per hourBenefits:
