Right now, we need a Regional Account Manager living in Boise or PNW to lead our Regional Chains in the Intermountain Region. This individual should be intellectually curious, hungry to drive results, analytically inclined and passionate about building relationships who elevates execution, delivers distribution fast to market, who is a strategic leader focused on engaging buyers, wholesalers, and field sales and most importantly, a great story teller!
What You’ll Do:

• Develops and nurtures value-enhancing strategic partnerships with key accounts within assigned territory
• Utilize sales tools (Nielsen, Margin Minder, VIP) to analyze, develop, and execute strategic sales plans
• Responsible for developing and executing key customer initiatives
• Works closely with peers within team on assortment, sales planning, and retailer meetings
• Builds relationships with Pabst field sales team and distributor partners within assigned territory
• Schedules and conducts regular sales calls with customers including business reviews and programming presentations
• Develops and implements POS materials and display enhancers. Responsible for store-level education and support
• Manages the communication of expectations and timelines among the customer and distribution partner including product release schedules, volume forecasts, pricing, distribution targets, and support materials
• Responsible for all chain planning and communication required for flawless execution in the field
• Conducts frequent surveys to ensure accurate pricing and programming is executed per quality standards
• Develops annual budget plans by chain/account – tracks and reports progress monthly
• Submits new item forms as needed among both chains and area distributors
• Collaborates on distributor order processing
• Performs administrative duties in a timely fashion
• Coordinates and participates in regularly scheduled sales meetings among distribution partners and internal staff
• Maintains and publishes updated account list including detailed communication history
• Ability and willingness to participate in a myriad of customer-facing events such as festivals, store tastings, beer dinners, brewery tours, educational seminars, etc.
• Responsible for maintaining a professional demeanor and presentation at all times – including situations in which alcohol is present
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed

What You’ll Need:

• Thirst for knowledge & desire for continuous improvement
• 3 – 5 years of sales/marketing experience within the beer industry
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Experience with wholesaler network/processes as well as with chains across multiple channels
• Ability to collaborate cross functionally
• Advanced public speaking and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
• Regular travel is required (35%-40%)
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
