As part of the global HR team, the Human Resources Manager is an experienced HR professional who is an effective business partner as well as a compassionate employee advocate. The HR Manager is responsible for, but not limited to; recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, learning & development, policy communications, employee data and recordkeeping. The HR Manager will partner with the HR Director in the creation and implementation of policies, annual projects and special initiatives as well as oversee the daily workflow of the department and provide guidance and oversight to the HR Coordinator. Success in this role will be measured by the HR Managers ability to build relationships and trust with employees and management, maintain an effective level of presence and business literacy in their dedicated departments or regions and ensure HR is compliant, organized, clear and provides exceptional service to the business.
