WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN HR – RECRUITING COORDINATOR
Ensuring a good work-life balance, this full-time position typically works from 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday. There are no weekends!
YOUR ROLE AS AN HR – RECRUITING COORDINATOR
As an HR – Recruiting Coordinator, you are an essential part of our operations as you help us recruit and retain great employees! You ensure that top talent is hired in a timely and effective manner according to company needs. You do this by performing phone interviews, conducting in-person interviews, doing hire paperwork, and helping with any other legal functions needed by the company. With your HR experience and skills, you also manage workers’ compensation claims and auto claims. When needed, you assist with some onboarding, network setup, and exit interviews. You are a friendly and professional individual with who our staff feels comfortable approaching and communicating. As the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, you handle each and every issue and dispute with patience and understanding. You get a great deal of satisfaction by helping us attract and hold on to our greatest asset!
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS HR – RECRUITING COORDINATOR POSITION
Construction knowledge or experience in the construction industry as a human resources rep is a huge plus! Are you detail-oriented and organized? Do you have a friendly and professional disposition? Can you work well with others? Are you patient and compassionate? Do you manage your time well and prioritize your tasks effectively?
