As the Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for Human Resources functions, including on-site management and support for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and payroll. You will ensure activities are in alignment with Team Member Services, company policy and business goals & objectives. You will work closely with both managers and team members to establish and maintain work relationships, build morale, attract, develop, and retain talent.

At Pacific Seafood, your base wage is only a portion of your overall compensation package.
When you add in the additional benefits below to our competitive base wage you can increase your total compensation up to 25%.
