On-Site Healthcare Operations Manager PAD Specialists

What you’ll do

• Identify areas for improvement and complete high-level operational projects. Must be able to assess and improve existing processes.

• Operations. Critical that operations are smooth. Experience with Lean process engineering and execution is a MUST. Inefficiency = waste. Flawless, assembly line-like operations are needed.

• Will be expected to help standardize current organizational processes.

• Work with the current Senior Leadership Team. We have a Founder & CEO, COO, CFO, CIO, HR Director, VP of Clinical Operations, as well as multiple division Leads.

• Strategy. Be proactive, not reactive. Anticipate and prevent problems from arising. Play chess, not checkers.

What we need from you

• MBA and/or MHA OR at least 5 years of operations, process engineering, and leadership experience required

• Houston applicants only, please. This position will be mostly in-office, with some occasional remote work-from-home.

• This position is on-site with about 80% of your time in the Houston offices and potentially 20% in our Beaumont office. Travel could be required as much as once a week to Beaumont.

• High intelligence and strong critical thinking skills.

• Leadership skills. Strategic thinking.

• Tech savviness, meticulousness, experience with Google Workspace.

• Ambition, drive, high standards for excellence.

• Strong communication skills, ability to sell, speak and write persuasively.
