Role and Responsibilities

• The Proofreader/Editor will create and maintain report templates in Microsoft Word

• The Proofreader/Editor will edit reports for grammar, punctuation, spelling, formatting, etc.
• The Proofreader/editor will complete assignments as needed to support operations in completing quality work products.

• The Paralegal Assistant will assist with daily operations, booking/managing appointments as needed
• Complete assigned tasks sent by Marketing campaign software
• The Paralegal Assistant will maintain contact lists in Management software
• Need ability to meet quick deadlines of 1 – 3 days

Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Proven experience as a proofreading/editing with at least 2 yr experience
• Excellent business & legal writing skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Remote office required (computer, internet, & phone)

• Meet quick turnaround times

**Must be proficient in following skills:

• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint in particular)
• Google Drive
• Adobe Pro
• Business appropriate reports
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
