Your Career
We are looking for a Sales Communications Manager to join our small but mighty Sales Communications team. As a member of the Communications organization, this person will play a critical role and work cross-functionally to ensure the most important information is conveyed to the global Sales organization in a timely and concise manner.
The right candidate for this role will be collaborative, proactive, and enjoy learning – someone who gets excited learning about new subject matter, audiences, and tools. This is a fast-paced organization and the right candidate will need to switch hats between the strategic and the tactical with ease. We’re looking for someone who is an independent worker, but who chooses to work very closely with the team and the extended business partners. The ideal candidate will have versatile communications skills, and be comfortable writing/creating emails, simple graphics, social media posts, presentations, and intranet pages using our suite of collaboration technologies. Supporting this role will be a small team that loves to share ideas, help each other succeed, and have fun.
Your Impact
Develop and execute change management communications to support organizational change and expansion
Partner with teams within Corporate Communications, Marketing, Sales Shared Services, and other parts of the organization to build strategic communications frameworks and ensure tight alignment of messages and narratives
Create, write, or edit communications deliverables across different media: emails, presentations, simple graphics, Slack messages, and intranet pages
Regularly evaluate communications effectiveness and implement new approaches and strategies to improve engagement
Take into account competing and changing priorities, resources, and time demands to produce an overall strategy and plans that are realistic and achievable
Share communications best practices with the team at large and push for fresh, innovative communications strategies and tactics
Your Experience
Versatile communications skills are a must, including experience building communications strategies, creating written content for a variety of purposes, and disseminating information via email, Slack, webinars, and intranet
Outstanding writing and editing skills, with the ability to write for a broad spectrum of multimedia communications channels
Hands-on experience in a Content Management System, such as an intranet or email management tool, is required -Lumapps or Poppulo expertise is very desirable but not required
Established track record collaborating with and proactively supporting senior leaders on communications strategies and best practices; consultative approach is a must
High degree of flexibility and positivity, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Innovative mindset – always looking for ways to improve how we communicate with and engage audiences

If hired in Colorado, this position starts at $109,000/yr. Depending on the position offered, restricted stock units and incentive or bonus pay may be provided as part of this compensation package.
