As part of the Sale Enablement team, the Manager of Role Based Onboarding will help drive our high-performance culture through training-coaching and cross – functional communications during their onboarding experience. You will be responsible for creating and collaborating on sales training content, as well as preparing for and conducting both in-person and virtual training sessions. You will train both new sellers on value-based selling, product knowledge, prospecting, effective discovery, negotiation skills, sales process, call planning, CRM hygiene and other tools/resources relative to successful job performance. You will be accountable for helping onboard, train and empower our global sales organization, Role includes the design, development, delivery and results monitoring of sales training programs to support on-boarding, sales kickoff events,on-going enablement and other special projects.
Our Learning & Enablement team inspires cybersecurity professionals around the world. We drive awareness, in-depth understanding, and adoption through our customers. We motivate audiences around the world by training our suite of products to promote the full adoption of our services to protect digital environments. The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer, the starting salary (includes on-target earnings = base + on target incentives for sales roles) is expected to be between $104,900/yr to $154,300/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
