In order to work at our facility, a Human Resources Director needs: – A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; extensive related HR experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree. – To have 3-5 years of related experience with progressive responsibilities within the human resource function. – To have a strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and applicable labor laws. – The ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information – To be organized with task and project prioritizing and maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities.
