Responsibilities:

• Guide guests through financing/lease options and present additional products to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service to create positive and lasting relationships with guests.
• Maintains good working relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
• Understand and stay up to date with manufacturer programs, incentives, and rate options.
• Prepare and process all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure deals are structured to maximize profitability.
• Ensure every transaction is in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
• Act professionally and maintain high ethical standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of three (3) years automotive sales or finance experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-starter and team player.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid Occupations Sales License and a California Driver’s license while maintaining an acceptable, safe driving record.
• Computer proficient.
• Bilingual a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Dealership experience: 3 years (Preferred)
• Finance: 3 years (Preferred)
