Job description:
We are looking for a dedicated Recruiter to join our team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings. The responsibilities of this position include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting phone interviews, and filing paperwork. As a recruiter, you will play a key role in the operations and growth of our business, with primary responsibility for recruiting, hiring, placement and retention of employees directly involved.
Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to identify needs of departments
Review and analyze resumes using job boards and social media sites
Scourer job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates
Interview potential staff members using industry-standard techniques
Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees
Complete new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectations of the job
Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts
Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations
Compile reports from personnel databases
Enforce company policies, rules and regulations
Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants

Qualifications:
Previous experience in Human Resources is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
