Duties:
Point of contact for HR related questions and inquiries (regarding personal employee/worker information, company programs, benefits, etc.) that come in via email, phone, tickets, chat, etc.
Provide excellent customer service through timely, accurate, and complete responses to customers or forward relevant inquiries to appropriate Centers of Excellence teams as needed. Scope includes support of former employees (requiring e.g. verification of employment letters).
Manually process and/or approve workflows for personal information changes, spot bonuses, and international transfers.
Assist with I-9 verifications.
Assist in reporting and analytics.
Provide direction to managers and employees on general HR/Facilities processes and policies Support employee terminations (i.e. exits).
Collaborate closely with HR colleagues (HR Service Center, Regional HR Ops, HRIS team (HR Information Systems) and Staffing Teams) as well as non-HR teams (e.g. Payroll, Stock, Facilities, Security, IT) to ensure workforce needs are met.
Become an expert super user of our HR cloud-based platform (Employee Central/Success Factors). Gain experience and expertise in other HR support tools as appropriate.
Improve processes and implement new procedures where applicable.
Assist in special and ad hoc projects (e.g. M&A support) as needed.
Attend local New Employee Welcome sessions to collect and verify all employment eligibility documents.
Escalate non-compliance issues to Sr. Operations Manager, HR Rep, or Legal as needed.
Skills:
2 years’ experience in HR and benefits programs or related experience (e.g. customer support) Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a complex, fast-paced business environment Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to interface with internal HR staff and all employee levels Must be self-motivated; highly detailed and organized; takes initiative to make or adapt to changes Must be able to work both independently and as a team member and maintain confidentiality of employee information
