Job Summary:
Responsible for development, implementation, and administration of human resources programs and policies. Responsible for the enforcement of company policies and practices. Tracks new and pending legislation to ensure company is compliant with all local, state, and federal laws. Aligns and translates Human Resources programs and policies to company objectives, productivity, efficiencies and quality standards to maintain costs and continued profitability.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BA) from four-year college OR 6 – 8 years related experience and training.
