The Human Resources Staff Recruiter will support the department s efforts to develop and monitor a comprehensive recruitment and retention strategic plan and lead the applicant screening and cultivation process.
- As part of this effort, the Human Resources Staff Recruiter will partner with the Human Resources Support
and Services team as well as other key district stakeholders to implement and execute on this vision and plan.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor s Degree or equivalent professional experience .
- General experience and knowledge of research around key human resource areas including recruitment, selection, retention, development, and evaluation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and experience.
- Demonstrated success in providing high levels of customer service.
- Ability to analyze and communicate analysis of data.
