LOCATION: Marquette County (Marquette, MI)POSITION TITLE: MC3 Behavioral Health ConsultantPOSITION STATUS: 80 hours biweekly / Regular Full-Time / Salary Exempt / Union (To be determinded by location) This is a grant funded position which will be re-evaluated on a yearly basis.SALARY RANGE: $26.17/hr — $32.56/hr LMSW pay scale (Plus Full-Time Benefits)RESPONSIBILTIES: This position is assigned to the Michigan Child Collaborative Care (MC3) Program and functions as the Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) assigned to this project. This position will provide psychiatry support to primary care providers in Pathways catchment area who are managing patients with behavioral health problems. This includes children, adolescents and young adults through age 26, and women who are contemplating pregnancy or postpartum with children up to a year. This position will work/coordinate the services of Psychiatrists who are available to offer guidance on diagnoses, medications and psychotherapy interventions so that primary care providers can better manage patients in their practices. This position will also coordinate support which is available through same-day phone consultations to referring providers as well as remote psychiatric evaluation to patients and families through video telepsychiatry. Pathways will provide the local MC3 project oversight, including the recruitment, hiring and supervision of this position. This position will not be expected to participate in after-hours emergency services programs due to the travel expected in this position.QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree in Social Work with State of Michigan licensure as a Masters of Social Work (LMSW) required along with certification as a Children’s Mental Health Professional (CMHP) or be eligible for and obtain CMHP status following hire. Experience in professional human services is desired.BENEFITS:
