We’re continuing to invest heavily in building the most talented team in the Creator Economy and are looking for a Head of Payment Operations to support our mission.
This role is based in San Francisco or New York and open to those who are able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work model.
About The Role
Payment Operations is a crucial role at Patreon. The Head of Payment Operations leads the team that ensures that creators are paid seamlessly and consistently for the Membership benefits they provide to their fans. The Head of Payment Operations role will have an opportunity to shape our current and future payments growth strategy and offerings in a manner that will have a tremendous impact both for Patreon and our global creator community.
