The Director of Marketing & Sales is part of the Senior Management Team and will oversee the entire sales and marketing functions including but not limited to leading the development and delivery of sales (in-store, catering, third party), promotions, marketing and brand plans that achieve growth targets, build community and customer relationships, and drive the brand narrative. The Director of Sales & IT and the Director of Marketing will report to the Senior Director of Sales & Marketing.

Director of Marketing & Sales Candidates bring…..

• Minimum 8 years in the hospitality/restaurant industry and a minimum of 5 years in a marketing role and 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience growing a restaurant or retail chain from 5+ stores to 20+ stores.
• Strong skill base in brand management/development, sales, marketing, promotion and strategic planning
• Demonstrated track record of marketing success in fast-paced entrepreneurial work environments
• Experience with an emerging brand that uses local marketing as well as digital/social media to drive sales, brand awareness and loyalty
• In-depth knowledge of the restaurant industry (preferably Fast Casual) or retail industry
• Strong hands-on leadership skills and experience in managing a team while fostering a collaborative, results and learning-driven culture across the Company
• Four-year degree in business, marketing or related field preferred
