Manage Service personnel, maximize labor sales and gross and make sure our customers’ experience is exceptional
it is the back bone of our organization!
Responsibilities:
- managing technicians, advisor, and porters. Proper presentation of service work. Maintain the department and its equipment and assets. Processing of all repair orders to their completion. Processing of all warranty claims both manufacturer and outside insurance claims.
- Managing our customer satisfaction level. Keeping all Service Dept. employees properly trained. Exceptional communication between Service Dept and all other Departments and customers and manufacturer.
- Liaison between dealership and General Motors
- Responsible for the growth of the department concerning through put, evolution of customer needs being met, and regulatory and market condition evolution with product changes on the horizon
Qualifications:
- inter-personal skills, salesmanship, patience, organizational skills
- Previous Service Dept management
