Job Summary:
The HR & Administration Manger will develop, implement, and coordinate programs for HR activities including recruitment, wage and salary administration, internal programs and employee benefits and development. The HR & Administration Manager will also serve as a backup to payroll and provide administrative services to the President & CEO and the Board of Trustees.

Education:
Must have an accredited college degree with a major in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Human Resources certification (SHRM) preferred.
Skills:
Must be highly motivated, organized, self-driven, and detail oriented.
Enjoy working with others and is capable of motivating others within a team.
Must be able to manage time and prioritize work to meet deadlines throughout the month/year.
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and be comfortable with a large variety of computer programs including working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel daily and/or overnight for business trainings and meetings.
