The primary emphasis of the Implementation & Benefits Consultant is to provide new clients and their employees with a payroll and benefits orientation. The Implementation & Benefits Consultant collaborates with the client to ensure a successful onboarding experience and timely delivery of commitments. This position contributes to client satisfaction and retention.
