Responsibilities:-
The Executive Secretary is responsible for providing administrative/clerical support to assist the Executive Director, and Director to successfully carry out the duties and responsibilities of the position and to ensure the smooth and efficient management of schedules and professional obligations. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Provides secretarial services by drafting correspondence; transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying and transmitting text, data, establishing and maintaining files and records; collecting and analyzing information; preparing reports.
Requirements:-
Minimum of High school diploma or equivalent certification required.
Comfortable with online platforms and tools such as Google documents, Microsoft Excel, and Word
Professional mindset and the utmost discretion
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Flexibility with hours and schedule; available to work overtime as needed
Ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and knowledge in the performance
