The Position
Peacock is seeking a strategic and analytical marketer to help build and foster the long-term health of its brand. The Manager, Brand Development will work closely with the Vice President, Brand Development to connect Peacock’s business objectives with brand marketing strategies. In this role, you will help set and execute the ongoing vision for Peacock’s brand; grounding work in data and insights, the Manager, Brand Development will identify the most effective ways to cultivate audience affinity and engagement.
Critical to the success of this role is a high aptitude for aligning high-level objectives into tangible business KPIs and a passion for developing new strategic frameworks. This person should be a growth-oriented individual with a desire to work at the intersection of business strategy and creative expression. The Manager, Brand Development will champion the Peacock brand across the organization, so experience creating cross-functional connections will be valuable.

You are a strategic thinker with an aptitude for understanding business analytics and consumer insights as well as the actions that most meaningfully impact their performance. You are analytical and committed to grounding strategy in data. You are thoughtful and organized, with a sharp attention to detail. You are comfortable building new things from scratch, unafraid to turn a blank slide and an insight into a comprehensive strategy. You have a passion for respectfully challenging the status quo and championing pioneering brands. You are open-minded and adaptable, operating with collaborators from a place of positivity and respect.

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Salary range: $75,000 – $105,000 (bonus eligible)
