Peak Kia & Peak Honda World are seeking an experienced full time automotive billing clerk for immediate hire.

Responsibilities

• Process new and used car deals and post into the general ledger
• Organize all paperwork in each deal, check for accuracy and completeness
• Cash contracts and send/submit to financial institutions
• Generate and maintain commission reports
• Route paid deals to the title clerk as soon as money is received
• Reconciliations
• Reception desk coverage for lunch breaks
• Post funding notices on a daily basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
