Your Day to Day:
Support the recruiting efforts of 10Pearls by assisting with job postings, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews
Schedule and facilitate a world-class onboarding experience to new employees, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
Prepare and maintain HR-related documents, assist in audits, and promote 10Pearls employer value proposition through social events and activities
Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Director of People Success to execute organization-wide people operations initiatives, administrative tasks, and reporting
Assist with professional development opportunities and programs at 10Pearls to enhance and scale with the fast-growing organization
Maintain and update workflows to improve efficiencies and ways to provide quality deliverables in benefits administration, compliance, talent attraction, employee engagement, and leadership development
What Our Team is Looking For:
BA or BS required
3-5 years of relevant experience
Strong display of executive presence and ability to interact with C-Suite level
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
Self-starter, resourceful with an exceptional level of detail-orientation and focus
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a services organization
Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks and adjusting as needed
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to handle confidential and time sensitive information
Ability to be nimble and flexible in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
