We’re searching for a highly organized Recruitment Coordinator to assist our Recruiting Programs team with coordination, project management, and the execution of our talent acquisition and talent marketing efforts. Working as a member of our People team, this is an exciting opportunity for someone to have an immediate impact on one of the fastest growing technology organizations that is changing at-home fitness.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
Coordinate a high volume of complex interviews across multiple departments and time zones at a fast pace
Deliver a high level of communication between hiring managers, candidates, and other team members
Be responsible for the candidate interview experience from first contact through the interview process
Maintain accurate reporting within our internal tools and ATS (we use Greenhouse)
Act as the liaison between hiring managers, candidates and recruiters
Assist with and lead planning and coordination of onsite interviews
Participate in special projects or initiatives in alignment with overall business strategy
WHAT YOU BRING TO PELOTON
Experience in a recruiting or human resources support role
Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage their time efficiently
Remarkable customer-service focus, with the strong verbal and written communication to both Hiring Managers and Candidates and cross functional peers
Empathetic understanding of the candidate process
Proactive, responsive work style
Effective communication skills – you take pride in providing high levels of service to our team members and have outstanding follow-up ability
A sound sense of maturity and judgment when handling confidential employee data and sensitive information
BONUS IF YOU:
Have experience working with talent acquisition/recruiting in the past
Understand full-desk recruiting and sourcing
Have experience in using an ATS (we use Greenhouse)
