Human Resources Coordinator
Pentair currently has an opening for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in the Brookefield, WI area. In this role, the Human Resources Coordinator will provide effective administrative support for the Human Resources department by creating, streamlining and maintaining administrative processes for the department across the Business Unit. You will:
· Provide assistance to employees on HR related questions and concerns.
· Assist with HRIS transactions including processing employee job changes, hires/terminations, etc.
· Support recruitment activities by receiving approved job requisitions, posting positions, and scheduling interviews.
· Prepare materials for new employee orientation.
· Assist with time and attendance; setting up time clock badges, record management in time and attendance system (Kronos), tracking of employee’s on a leave of absence in Kronos.
· Track and administer HR programs including employee service awards, referral bonuses, etc.
· Prepare and run reports in HRIS.
· Manage weekly/daily one time earnings (OTE) and one time deduction (OTD) spreadsheets.
· Maintain personnel files, active and terminated.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.

· Have earned a high school diploma and have 2+ years of related experience.
· Have proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) – Workday preferred.
· Have proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word).
· Be process-oriented, highly accurate and attentive to detail.
· Possess strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.
· Have the ability to contribute as a team player in a respectful and professional environment.
· Have the ability to communicate clearly, accurately, and effectively.
· Have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
· Have the ability to contribute as a team player in a respectful and professional environment.
· Be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of users and managers.
We like, but don’t require:
· Experience withtime and attendance system (Kronos)
Travel
The employee may travel periodically to other company sites.
Physical Demands
The employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently sits, works on a computer and speaks on the phone. The employee occasionally stands and walks. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus. Stress created with volume of work and time constraints necessary to complete.
