Our firm is seeking Host/Cashiers to join our team. The Host/Cashier will be responsible for managing customers’ orders, collecting payments and handling customer complaints. Candidates should have prior experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and possess excellent interpersonal skills. A successful candidate should be able to work well as part of a team and enjoy welcoming guests in a friendly environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with an enjoyable experience in a retail environment.
• Accept cash and credit cards.
• Greet customers as they enter a store by asking them if they need any assistance.
• Ask customers a series of questions to determine their needs and direct them to the appropriate products or service.
• Assist customers throughout their shopping experience.
• Refer customers to other employees or suggest new products or services that may interest them.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour
