Investing in eCommerce, digital capabilities and talent has been a huge part of that effort, with $3 billion in retail sales projected for the rest of this year. We’re seeking an eComm Graphic Designer to own and execute the production of digital advertising that aligns with the overall business goals and marketing strategies of each business unit. Cross-functional collaboration with the customer, Design, and brand teams is paramount to be successful along with being a thought-leader for PepsiCo’s retail and online grocery partners. The role has several distinct responsibilities and priorities: Digital banner asset creation for the promotion of items on Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Kroger.com and other eCommerce sites, as well as across external ad networks (e.g., Amazon Advertising) The creation of lifestyle and product bundle images used to merchandise products on Amazon.com, Walmart.com, and other eCommerce sites Provide UI/UX guidance on various direct-to-consumer, automation, and technology-related initiatives Build relationships with brand marketing teams and their respective agencies, helping to identify opportunities to integrate ecommerce creative into existing marketing plans Build and maintain a library of eCommerce creative and digital brand assets Develop best practices for the creation of conversion-oriented ad units for use on pureplay and eGrocery customer sites Assist with coordinating and conducting brand and product photoshoots Qualifications/Requirements Creative expertise: minimum of 4-6 years of experience leading the development of creative for big digital marketing programs, including display, email, and social assets Demonstrated ability to produce banner images, product mockups, and other creative assets which drive click-through and conversion-to-purchase Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; Capture One is a plus Familiarity with photography principles and a desire to learn about food photography and styling Willingness to occasionally commute to Westchester county, NY for photo shoots Strong project management skills and attention to detail A track record of driving results in complex, multi-stakeholder environments Strong communication skills and ability to educate and influence management and senior leaders to act in a desired manner through written and verbal communication Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
