Job Requirements For a Dealership General Manager:
– Previous Automotive Sales/Finance/Accounting/General Management Experience are a MUST with verifiable references and a proven work history of success!
– Self Starter with the ability to manage and lead a Sales staff and entire staff
– Great Team Building Skills
– Strong Leadership – Lead by Example and Actions
– Technologically Savvy
– People Orientated – Both Customer and Employees
– Outgoing, Positive, Energetic Personality a MUST!
– Pre-Employment Drug Screening & Background Check Required
– Self Motivated and Never Satisfied with Temporary Successes
– Open to training and growing

Pay: $120,000.00 – $300,000.00 per year
