Perimeter 81 is looking for a highly motivated and passionate HR generalist to join the New York office of our fast-growing and award-winning B2B SaaS security scaleup.

Job description
The HR generalist is responsible for the day-to-day management of people aspects in the USA Detail-oriented processes and interpersonal skills are needed to help administer various HR initiatives in the employee life cycle. In addition, the HR generalist will support the site growth while consulting managers, help to shape the local practices and locally implement the global HR procedure.

• Handle all administrative tasks for recruiting, onboarding, new hire orientation, process learning
• Support managers and employees needs
• Take a dominant role in supporting the growth of the US site in the people aspect.
• Work closely with the HQ in Israel to ensure compliance with HR-related state and federal employment laws
• Manage the new hire onboarding process, and coordinate with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
• Serve as a business partner for the US leadership team
• Assist in developing and executing existing personnel procedures and policies
• Advise employees on HR aspect of absence and health issues, conduct and capability, organizational change, and all other employer-employee-relations
• Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve the employee experience
• Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart

Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of proven experience in similar HR roles
• Experience working with international companies in technological industries – preferred
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
• Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
• Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
• Coaching skills – advantage
