We are looking for a Software Engineer (full-time or intern) who is ready to take the next step in their professional career. Someone who is motivated and passionate with an interest in applying enterprise software engineering techniques in the biomedical space. Engineers would report to the CTO.

Projects range from architecting, implementing, and deploying highly specialized data collection apps based on the latest web technologies to applying deep learning, signal processing, and image processing to our novel, proprietary dataset and working with world-renowned clinical experts.

Job Title: Full Stack/DevOps Engineer

Location: Redmond, WA

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience with Node.js

A minimum of 5 years’ experience with Linux command line scripting, and system administration

Experience with at least 3 of the following:

Vue.js (preferred)/React/Angular

HTML 5/CSS 3 (Bootstrap preferred)

Docker/Kubernetes

GraphQL

Ansible

CI framework (e.g., Jenkins)

Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred)

User Experience (UX) design skills and/or PMP certification a plus

Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, including oral and written communication as evidenced by publications or a cover letter

Minimum Education and Background:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or an equivalent theoretical background gained through practical experience.

Current M.S. and Ph.D. students in Computer Science are encouraged to apply for the internship opportunity

Undergraduate coursework in statistics and/or related fields (e.g., mathematics, bioinformatics, physics, etc.)
