As a Human Resources Generalist (HRG), you will manage the HR function in a residential nursing care center that provides long-term care and short-term / rehabilitation services. You will heavily focus in the areas of Recruiting, Payroll and Engagement, with responsibilities that include:
Posting jobs, recruiting candidates, and onboarding new hires
Auditing time entries and processing bi-weekly payroll.
Championing the center’s employee enthusiasm committee, promoting employee satisfaction, engagement and retention.
Coordinating the administration of benefits, FMLA, LOA, Worker’s Compensation, regulatory audits, and corrective action (in conjunction with the Regional HR Manager)
Educating leadership and staff on company policies and procedures
Maintaining personnel data in the HRIS.

EXPERIENCE
One (1+) years Human Resources experience required. Three (3+) years experience preferred.
Recruiting, Payroll and Employee Enthusiasm and Engagement experience preferred.
Experience working in a healthcare facility a plus.
SKILLS
Microsoft Windows and office software experience required.
Prior HRIS, ATS and/or Payroll systems experience required. UltiPro UKG, Kronos and/or a plus.
