Purchasing/HR Administrator
Reports to VP, Vice President, Financial & Optimization
JOB SUMMARY
This position supports Purchasing, business support to the CEO, Human Resources administrative duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES SUMMARY
10% Purchasing
o Other – Credit Card Purchases, non-production normally
o Accounting / Production – Review the inventory withdrawal cards and backup others when needed
15% Manage CEO requests
o Office improvements, helping with ordering of office furniture for all the new area’s we are creating within the campus. Setting all new employee’s up with desk needs.
o Customer Visits
o Company Events
o Travel / Event Coordination (Visitors, Candidates, HR Candidates) Hotel, Cars,
Company Dinners, etc.
o Manage all CDA’s, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Contracts
75% HR Responsibilities
HR Administrative duties will include all key HR administrative functions promoting a collaborative, client-oriented, high performance culture. Key duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents and databases, talent acquisition related data entry, orientation and onboarding, procurement, and project support. The ideal candidate has experience with HR practices and procedures, juggling various tasks and ensuring the efficient flow of department processes. Coordinates drafting and distribution of HR communications and notices as needed.
Hiring
o Responsible for managing Background Checks o Managing Applicant flow processes o Coordinating with EHS Supervisor, HPI Supervision, IT and Department leaders
Onboarding
Record Keeping o Confidentiality Agreements (CDA’s) o Employee File (I9, CDA, Applications, Work Rules, Cardinal Rules) o Managing Salaried and Hourly Personnel Records, Filing and Employment
Processes
o Maintaining Data base of COVID-19 vaccination records o Hourly Employee Uniform Program o Ensures data integrity and accuracy, and compliance with federal and state regulations. o Maintains FT and PT human resources files in accordance with legal requirements, company policies and procedures. o Supports development of partnerships and initiatives to broaden HR’s reach and visibility of positions (colleges, agencies, etc.). o Assists with coordination and execution of company-wide special events and HR initiatives.
