Phreesia is looking for an Executive Assistant to support both the General Counsel and SVP, Human Resources. This role demands excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as a sense of urgency, the ability to work independently on assignments and demonstrate sound judgment. The right candidate will have a strong bias for action and the ability to think proactively and strategically. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is imperative.
What You ll Do:
- Provide exceptional support and coordination to ensure that the General Counsel and SVP, Human Resources objectives are successfully achieved
- Monitor and respond to executive correspondence and inquiries, providing support with the resolution and/or directing them to appropriate resources/personnel
- Coordinate sometimes complex travel arrangements and itineraries
- Develop a systematic method to independently manage multiple calendars by scheduling both internal and external meetings, anticipating needs, changes and rearranging meetings as appropriate
- Draft correspondence and assist with word processing of documents
- Ensure agreements are signed through Docusign by managing the signature process
- Manage legal electronic files
- Send out form agreements to colleagues; draft NDAs
- Drive preparation and on-time completion of quarterly team meeting decks, managing follow-ups as needed
- Manage communication with Board of Directors and their Executive Assistants as needed
- Drive key engagement initiatives and projects that align with Executive team vision and company objectives
- Manage and coordinate internal team meetings and events
- Take notes for weekly executive touchpoints and drive action items needed by GC and SVP, HR
- Prepare high quality documents and presentations as needed
- Ensure all key reports are generated, organized and distributed as required and on time
- Prepare expense reports
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times
What You ll Bring:
- Bachelor s degree
- Proven track record of professionalism with at least 3 years of experience in a high-growth environment supporting C-level professionals
- Strong, concise communication skills, poise and professionalism
- Excellent writing and note-taking skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, and execute on deliverables, remaining efficient and organized while handling a high volume of work
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions
- Ability to build strong relationships across the company and to know when and how to involve others
- Ability to work core office hours with the flexibility to handle ad-hoc requests during off-hours as required
- Highly organized with a critical eye for detail
